4 Friends Heart 4 Courses

Talented Chef Joe and beautiful Sioux chef Lilah had us over for a feast last Saturday night.

French foie gras (Thank you, Sarah) paired with Frizzante,
Joe's famous calamari salad with banana and cashews,
Steaks with mushroom red wine reduction and Fingerling potatoes,
"Half Baked" dessert( Chocolate & Vanilla Fro Yo with Fudgey Brownies & Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough)

Delicious!
